Go Overland Canada accepts returns of unused products, meaning products in brand-new condition in their original packaging. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery date. If a credit card was used for payment, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our fees incurred in the original transaction, and shipping charges in connection with the original delivery of the product are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gooverland.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment and the costs associated with returning the item(s). Any damage that may occur during return shipping is the customer's responsibility to address with the freight company. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer. When shipping an item valued at over $100, using a trackable shipping/freight service with shipping insurance is highly recommended.
Once the item is received back, it will be inspected and if found to be unused, in it's original packaging, and in brand-new condition, a refund will be issued. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
Go Overland Canada also accepts returns of products within 30 days of purchase if the item has been opened and/or used, however we will apply a 30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to inspect the item to validate condition and reduce refund amount based on the extent of any excessive wear and tear and/or damage, and if upon inspection the item is not in re-sellable condition, we may choose to not accept it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your tent with a noticeable damaged box, take photos right away, and open the box in front of the driver to ensure there is no damage to the actual tent. The shipping company will deny any damage claims if the receiver signs off and accepts the product as is.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges: We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If this should arise. Please contact us immediately.
