Expanding Our Rooftop Tent Lineup for 2026
2026 marks a major expansion of our rooftop tent lineup, giving campers more choice, more space, and better solutions for how they actually travel.
Expedition Max – Bigger, Bolder, Built for Groups
The 2026 Expedition Max is our largest rooftop tent to date, redesigned to accommodate up to 5 adults comfortably. With an increased internal footprint, this tent is built for families, groups, and extended trips where space truly matters.
Whether you’re travelling with kids, friends, or extra gear inside the tent, the Expedition Max delivers a level of roominess rarely seen in rooftop tents.
Ideal for: families, long-term travel, multi-person setups
Sleeps: up to 5 adults
What’s new: increased size and interior living space
New for 2026: Three Tents for Three Travel Styles
To better serve different types of campers, we’re introducing three new rooftop tents, each designed with a specific use case in mind:
Equinox Lite
Lightweight, efficient, and purpose-built for adventurers who prioritize simplicity and quick setup. The Equinox Lite is ideal for all types of vehicles and those looking to minimize weight (only 115 lbs) without sacrificing comfort.
Best for: solo travellers, couples, daily drivers, minimalist builds
Summit Lite
Designed for those who want a balance between durability and reduced weight, the Summit Lite is a versatile option for frequent campers who value reliability across seasons. Only 115s lbs and less than 5" thick.
Best for: weekend warriors, frequent campers, mixed-terrain travel
Voyage L
The Voyage L is built for campers who want extra interior space and comfort while still maintaining a streamlined rooftop footprint. It’s a strong option for longer trips where living space matters. Can sleep up to four adults.
Best for: extended trips, comfort-focused campers, up to four campers.
Optional Annex Rooms: Expand Your Living Space
For even more flexibility, annex rooms will be available for the Equinox Lite, Expedition Models and Voyage L, sold separately and launching soon.
These annexes provide:
-
Enclosed space for changing, sleeping, or storage
-
Protection from wind, rain, and snow
-
Added privacy at camp
Built to Match Your Adventure
Our 2026 rooftop tent lineup is designed around one idea: not all campers travel the same way. Whether you’re heading out solo, camping as a couple, or building a full family rig, there’s now a Go Overland Canada tent built specifically for how you explore.
More details on specifications, availability, and launch timing will be shared closer to release.
The New 2026 Awning Lineup
450° Awning – Total Vehicle Coverage
Our 450-degree awning offers near full wrap-around protection, creating a massive sheltered footprint around your vehicle. Designed for those who want maximum coverage without compromise, this awning transforms your rig into a true mobile basecamp.
270° Awning – The Overland Classic, Refined
The 270-degree awning remains a favourite for serious overlanders, and for good reason. It provides expansive side and rear coverage while maintaining a fast, efficient deployment.
This updated version focuses on strength, ease of use, and compatibility with our modular wall system.
180° Awning – Lightweight & Efficient
The 180-degree awning is perfect for those who want reliable shelter without added bulk. Covering the side of your vehicle, it’s an excellent option for weekend trips, day stops, and lighter builds.
Modular Walls: Shelter When You Need It
All three awnings are compatible with optional wall kits, sold separately. This modular approach lets you customize your setup based on the trip:
-
Add walls for wind, rain, snow, or privacy
-
Leave them off for fast, open-air shade
-
Upgrade over time without replacing your awning
It’s flexibility without forcing you into an all-or-nothing system.
